Spoken over 5000 years ago, the book is more relevant today then ever. The wisdom gives life lessons that would help us transform and RE-Enter Life with a new perspective.

What you will gain in the eight sessions of Unlocked

  • Redefining Success

What does success mean to you? Often we chase after things that we know deep down will never make us happy. We explore how the Bhagavad-gita's makes you reflect on what is the true success of life.

  • Rediscover Identity

We play many roles and feel we are all of them and none of them at the same time. We uncover your identity as the soul separate from the mind and body, and how this changes your perspective of life.

  • Repositioning Life

Learn how to integrate spiritual wisdom into daily life through Karma Yoga. Discover how to balance worldly duties with a higher purpose, acting with passion and detachment, and making every action part of your spiritual journey.

  • Remoulding The Mind

Discover how to master your mind with the teachings of Krishna. Learn practical techniques to reconfigure your mental "browser," control thoughts, and stay focused on your spiritual journey. Explore how to detach from mental distractions and transform your mind from an enemy into your greatest ally.

  • Reawakening Divine Love

In this session, explore how to go beyond controlling the mind to awakening deep, divine love. Krishna teaches Arjuna the essence of bhakti—how to experience true love and connection in all relationships, including with the Divine. Learn how to cultivate higher, selfless love and deepen your connections by focusing on intention, vision, and the role you play in each other's lives.

  • Rencountering Divinity

Explore how true love and relationships thrive by first connecting with the Supreme. Krishna reveals that by nurturing our relationship with the Divine, all aspects of life are nourished, like watering the roots of a tree. Discover how to encounter and connect with a personal, affectionate, and active God in the present, unlocking deeper love and connection in all areas of life.

  • Reconfiguring Energy

Discover how to shift your habits and energy by mastering the 3 modes of nature—goodness, passion, and ignorance. Krishna teaches Arjuna to live in the mode of goodness (sattva), leading to greater happiness, improved relationships, and personal growth. Learn how reconfiguring your energy can help you achieve your goals and live a more balanced life.

  • Re-Entering Life

The final chapter of the Gita, Arjuna, now enlightened, is ready to re-enter the world. Krishna has taught him to redefine success, reshape his lifestyle, remould his mind, and reawaken divine love. Arjuna now understands that true joy comes from serving others and making a meaningful contribution to the world. This is the ultimate lesson of the Bhagavad-gita—service brings the greatest fulfilment
